Little Parakeet AB started its operations in June 2016 and is a privately owned and operated investment company based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Little Parakeet Investments was started with the ambition of making successful investments through the property industry and the growing small to medium business market. Therefore, the company operates a private equity division and a property division, which invests directly into transactions originated by the partners who are involved with every transaction. All capital invested across both divisions comes from the company without the requirement of outside investors. Little Parakeet operates as a business not a fund.






Business division:

The private equity division is interested in opportunities from the very early development stage of an idea or concept through to well established businesses.  Ideally the Little Parakeet team partners at the early stage to help develop the idea or concept further and likes to be involved with successful well established businesses looking for injection of capital to support further growth.

# Early Stage – supporting the development of an idea or concept which could position the business for the next step via our “LP Business Readiness Program”.

# Established businesses – will consider investing in established, high quality small to medium businesses with proven performance and leadership.

Property division:

The property division is focused on sourcing properties that can generate strong rental revenues while the Development Projects are focused on both land and objects that has the potential for short term capital appreciation through actively developing the land or objects for commercial, industrial or residential use.

# Cash Flow Properties- preference is to purchase well located and maintained properties that delivers strong revenues through long term contactable leases.

# Development Projects

  • Land – areas where demand is strong for affordable residential housing
  • Objects – well located properties with strong potential for development that could deliver both capital and revenue growth.
